Our factory was founded in year 2000. Has already produced denim fabric for more than 20 years, so we are good at producing all kinds of denim fabric, which include all weights from 4oz to 14oz and all varieties from regular to print and dobby.
During these 20 years, we supply to many famous brands directly and indirectly, such as Walmart, target and etc. Its worth mentioning that we are very strong in South Africa and South America markets. We cooperate with almost all famous brands in South Africa, like Pick& Pay, JC Penny and Woolworth.
In order to long term cooperate with these famous brands, we are constantly growing and developing. We started with dozens of machines to the present hundreds of machines, not only increasing the number of machines, but also improving the machine grade. So right now we totally have 100 regular rapier looms, 50 rapid rapier looms, 50 imported Picano looms and 50 air jet looms.
As a result, our output per month has reached as high as more than 2 million meters. To meet the super stretch and wide width requirement of South America, we are also constantly updating the length of machines. So the widest width we can do now is 1.8 meters with stretch.
